We’re excited to announce the launch of Impact Mentoring, a mentorship program powered by 10KC and sponsored by RBC Future Launch. Impact Mentoring aims to support the career development of BIPOC-identifying youth across Canada, and we’re thrilled to invite you to participate this Spring!
As you may know, the transition from school to the workforce can be a challenging and overwhelming experience, especially for BIPOC-identifying youth who may face unique barriers and obstacles. That's where Impact Mentoring comes in – this program offers students and recent graduates a unique opportunity to connect with alumni professionals who can offer guidance, support and career advice.
By participating in Impact Mentoring, BIPOC-identifying mentees will have the chance to connect with alumni professionals from a range of industries and learn more about their career paths, gain valuable insights and advice, and build meaningful connections that can help you achieve your career goals. As an alumni mentor, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape your mentee's career while gaining new perspectives.
