Post Content: Available immediately 3600 sqft studio/gallery space in one hundred year old retail building. Located in the heart of the historical downtown of Vermilion this space consists of the top floor of the Craig's Cornerstone buildings. Vermilion's downtown is the oldest, and most intact historical downtown in Northern Alberta outside of Edmonton. Our community is also home to Lakeland College's main campus, Vermilion Provincial Park, and one of the most vibrant downtowns in the province. Rent for this space will be determined based on the best proposal brought forward by artists/entrepreneurs. We are willing to subsidize the rent if we believe the proposal serves our community and downtown tourism industry substantially.
