Your Responsibilities:
As Capital Design Technologist, you will report to the Capital Design Coordinator
- Create full drawing packages from start to finish including floor plans, ceiling plans, millwork and details
- Attend site visits to develop project goals, the scope of work and requirements for the project
- Work to apply existing design standards to a variety of unique projects and circumstances
- Assist in the execution of projects through construction including site visits, specifications and issuing of - documentation
- Solve problems that arise during the design process and on-site with architects, contractors, and trades
- Assist Team with quality assurance implementation on rebranding projects, suites, and common areas
- Present and communicate with all levels of Associates including Senior Executives
- Assist Team with budget tracking
Job Requirements:
- You have 3-5 years of residential and/or commercial drafting experience
- Experience creating drawing packages using AutoCAD including millwork and detailing
- Sketch-Up and Rendering experience is beneficial
- You have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle during work hours
