Show + Sale Assistant
Reporting to the Show + Sale Coordinator, the Show + Sale Assistant will support the development and execution of the AUArts SA Show + Sale Virtual Holiday Art Market (Nov 26 - Dec 3). This is primarily a virtual position with some on-site hours required. Due to the expectations of the role, previous Show + Sale experience is considered an asset and priority will be given to AUArts students and alumni.

Core Objectives
· Support the development and coordination of Show + Sale
· Attend weekly team meetings with the Coordinator
· Post and circulate Show + Sale guidelines, deadlines, announcements and invitations
· Attend virtual Show + Sale meetings and public Q+As
· Help oversee Department Representatives and their cohorts
· Assist in the development and presentation of virtual professional development sessions
· Assist the Show + Sale Coordinator in uploading product images and information onto Shopify platform
· Acquire and provide feedback regarding future Show + Sale operations

Qualifications
· Previous Show + Sale experience 
· An understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify
· Experience with social media, communications and marketing
· Self-motivated individual who can effectively prioritize
· Ability to take initiative in coordinating and carrying out assigned projects
· Excellent planning and organizational skills with close attention to detail and function
· Knowledge of technical processes for one or more visual mediums
· Previous experience with event planning is an asset
· Previous experience with packaging art of various mediums is an asset
