You love design? Cool. Are you any good at it? Do you have 3-5 years of experience in branding, advertising, and/or visual communications? Can you think in campaigns and fire off ideas that spark big-picture conversations? Can you collaborate and contribute to a team, problem solve on the fly, and meet tight deadlines without crying too much? Do you know what InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are and, better yet, how to use them? Are you the type to drool over typeface? Are you getting sick of these questions? We’re looking for the next great Art Director to join our team—and oh, what a team it is. You’ll see. Maybe. First, you have to jump through a few fiery hoops.
