Post Content: Western Tractor Company Inc., a 4-store John Deere dealer located in Southern Alberta, is searching for a full time Marketing Coordinator to join our growing John Deere agricultural equipment group for our Lethbridge location. Western Tractor is located at the center of an irrigated agricultural area that is known for the variety of specialty crops that it produces. John Deere is the number one brand of Agricultural, Turf and Commercial Construction equipment in the area and has been represented by Western Tractor in Southern Alberta since the 1930's. Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for marketing duties and marketing department administration, including print and digital media, video editing, and website design. This position is also responsible for organizing various customer and staff events, preparing marketing materials for distribution, managing promotional materials including clothing, social media, and managing the John Deere customer survey system.

Responsibilities

● Using multimedia software, prepare various multimedia for publication
● Organize customer, community and staff events
● Manage the various social media accounts for Western Tractor
● Manage clothing inventory
● Order and manage promotional materials (clothing, mugs, etc.) for customers
● Pick up and drop off various orders/gifts for marketing use
● Keep Event Trailer stocked and ready for events
● Manage John Deere customer survey program

Experience and Training Requirements

● University or College education in marketing or New Media, or relevant experience
● Experience with Social Media, Adobe, and Microsoft software
● Experience in and knowledge of agricultural industry
● Experience with event planning
● Knowledge of website design
● Valid driver's license
