Post Content: Garden Essentials has been providing garden care and custom potting services to high end residential clients in Calgary and the surrounding area for 24 years. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and to grow with our business!
Requirements:
• Physical stamina: able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stretch and squat
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions
• Perennial and Annual plant knowledge an asset, training is provided
• Ability to work in a close team environment
• Good communication skills between teammates and supervisors
• Drivers’ License and reliable transportation available to meet at various locations around Calgary
Responsibilities:
• Report to and follow the direction of the Supervisor in charge of the daily crew
• Complete all required training and apply knowledge while working
• Maintain company tools and monitor inventory while on shift; report needs as necessary
• Forward all contact with Customers to the Supervisor
• Follow garden expectations and guidelines, and lead others by example
