Looking for one or more studio assistants for a 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend to a permanent position. Pay ranges from $20–$28 per hour, depending on skills. Flexible hours.

About the Job

Your main role will be to help keep me organized—both in the studio and online. This includes managing my inventory (materials and artworks), social media, and website.

I cannot stress enough how important it is that you are an exceptionally organized person—because I am not.

You Must Be Excellent At:
• Showing up on time, every time
• Being a self-starter and proactive
• Organizing and cleaning studio spaces
• Managing large amounts of photos and documents on a computer (it’s a mess)
• Filming aesthetic, engaging shots on an iPhone for social media
• Writing about art (or at least knowing how to ask ChatGPT to do it well)
• Shopify backend (uploading products, managing inventory, fulfilling orders)

You Should Be Fluent In:
• Instagram & TikTok
• Canva
• Later.com (or a similar scheduling tool)
• Spotting good design
• ChatGPT
