Looking for 2 roommates for my semi-furnished, queer positive household in Falconridge, NE with a daily (weekdays) carpool to AUArts.

The apartment is a main floor, with a fully fenced yard (which my dog loves). There are two rooms available that both can fit queen sized beds and are currently unfurnished. You would be sharing with me and another AUArts student, we are literal roommates in the largest room because bunk beds are kind of our jam.

Our ideal roommates are people of any gender and sexuality that are queer accepting and religion respecting. We want our house to be a positive space for all to be welcome. Pets are welcome, except for cats (Sorry! Allergies!), but the landlords do have to approve them and there may be a $50 pet fee.

A bit about me:
I’m a third year drawing major pursuing a subsequent degree in photography. I come from a small town and a family of hunters. I am a queer woman and use she/her pronouns.
A bit about my roommate:
They are a third year drawing major. They come from the Northwest Territories and are vegan. They are a non-binary person and use they/them pronouns.
A bit about us:
We met during first year studies in the Yukon and coincidentally wound up going to AUArts where became friends since we were both pursuing majors in Drawing.

Currently the rooms are $550 for the smaller of the two and $600 for the larger of the two (not including utilities which range from $75-$150 a month) each however it is very likely that rent will increase in December as that is when the lease is up for renewal.
