Sketch or Paint Artist

Our Rotary Club is having a year end celebration to celebrate a very difficult year for all, and our amazing success as a service organization to support the community.
I am hoping to arrange for a painter or sketch artist to capture the scene at our party on August 19, in town (either Heritage Park or Lloyd Park further south).

Our president and organization are all about supporting the community and we thought it would be cool to support an emerging artist.
We are on a budget, but could offer $200 to an artist to capture our scene in 2 hrs. ( materials are negotiable)
