Post Content: TELUS STORYHIVE is seeking teams of two for the second STORYHIVE Summer Crew program. Kickstart your online presence and livestream your community on Optik TV and STORYHIVE’s online platforms in this intensive 14-week program. Receive microgrants, training and livestreaming equipment to showcase your community. No experience is required!
WHAT is it? The opportunity to take livestreaming to a new level. Summer Crew 2.0 will fund content creators to spotlight community events, profile businesses, individuals and local gems over the summer. Teams will also gain real-world experience with livestreaming technology.
WHO can apply? Applications are open to all B.C. and Alberta residents who love their communities. Apply with a co-creator/friend or separately and we’ll pair you up. This program is designed for teams of two. No experience is required.
WHY should you apply? To support your livestream, you will be provided microgrants, training and livestreaming equipment to showcase your community coverage. This is the perfect opportunity for content creators to embark on a new means of working with film through the power of livestreaming.
Term: May 1 - Aug 15, 2023, full-time
Pay: $25/hr based on 37.5 hour week (for each team member)
