Post Content: Are you excited to be a part of a rapidly growing packaged food business that is taking Calgary by storm? vreshFOODS is looking for a Marketing Associate to bring a fresh perspective to the table!

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, tech-savvy self-starter who will collaborate with the marketing lead to build, and manage marketing campaigns. You will be managing different projects and providing support to the content team.

IMPORTANT: This is a Food Futures grant-funded program available ONLY to current and recent graduated POST SECONDARY STUDENTS in a related field.

Responsiblities
Marketing Associate would be responsible for creating and organizing content a variety of channels. This could be in, but is not limited to be the form of:

Social Media:
Assist in development of content strategy
Organizing content into a calendar and publishing content as scheduled.
Monitoring, and reporting on Paid advertising campaigns.
Engagement and interaction management on existing social accounts.
Current Channels: Instagram, Facebook.
Growth Channels: TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn

Email Marketing:
Creating templates for all automations and monitoring the activity.
Organizing push campaigns, using copy provided by writing team, and existing multimedia. Creating various templates will be required for all push campaigns.
Managing email lists, and updating as new contacts are received.

Graphic Design:
Collaborating with Design Lead to organize visual aesthetic across digital platforms
Small design projects for creating new assets:
Stickers, Ecommerce accessories, Email Templates, Website banners, Paid Ad Formatting

Content Creation:
Student will be required to also create a few pieces of content to work their creative side

Qualifications
Software (fundamentals) - Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Meta Business Centre
Enrolled in an Alberta post-secondary institution or graduated within the last 6 months
Resident of Alberta
Able to legally work in Canada without sponsorship

This is a Paid position - pay negotiable based on skills and experience. Part time-Full time hours possible until Aug 2023.
