Applicant must:
Be a Canadian citizen.
Be enrolled in full-time undergraduate study at a post-secondary institution in Alberta.
Be entering their final year of studies in visual arts (excluding electronic media).
Demonstrate good academic standing (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 2.7 or 70%).
Provide an artist’s statement and vision, and how this award will be helpful in the applicant’s artistic/academic career.
Provide a maximum of eight images of work with accompanying details of title, year, medium and size of each work.
Provide two letters of reference (one must be from a studio professor).
One award of approximately $1,000, applied directly to tuition. The deadline to apply is June 1 at midnight.
