Every year Student Affairs looks for reliable, organized and friendly second-, third- and fourth-year AUArts students who want to gain professional administrative and customer service experience. 

The Opportunity  

Working in the Student Services and Recruitment & Admissions departments, the student ambassadors represent AUArts as the first point of contact for AUArts visitors and community members. They will be responsible for general inquiries, help with special events and programming, and administrative duties such as: 

• Greeting and directing AUArts community and guests

• Orientation and Welcome Back planning and implementation 

• Event preparation, set-up and take-down 

• Data entry and clerical duties 

• Assist with and conduct campus group tours and wayfinding 

• Direct phone and email inquiries from prospective students

• Other duties as assigned
