Call for Submissions: Rewinding the Tape exhibition

Rewinding the Tape shows the courageous journey of artists exploring their mental health through their art. After all, rewinding the tape is the first step to moving forward. Rewinding the Tape explores the process of fragmenting and studying one's story to make sense of it. Breaking patterns, stereotypes and self-destructive behaviours requires the courage to explore one's looped narrative. It requires finding where we got stuck in our narrative and starting the painful process of untangling the threads of our stories to make sense of them and to start the healing process.
