ART DIRECTOR: You have a passion for design (that’s a no brainer!) You create work that people ooh and ahh over. You understand design principles and can interpret brand and voice to communicate it visually. 

COPYWRITER: We're looking for a writer with amazing creative powers. You are an idea person. You have good ideas, brilliant ideas, bad ideas – and no matter what they are, you aren’t afraid to put them out there. 

ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR: You are passionate about performance and able to encourage excellence in a team environment. You will provide strategic creative direction while mentoring creative staff with an eye for innovation and elevating work.
