Post Content: A/P is seeking an enthusiastic individual who is community-minded, has a keen interest in public gallery practices, and possesses a passion for printmaking as a contemporary art form.
JOB TITLE: Archive Assistant
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: May 10, 2023 - June 21, 2023
Full time: 30 hours per week; Tuesday - Saturday with some evenings as required.
REMUNERATION: $16/hour

This is a temporary full-time opportunity that is contingent on funding through the Canada Summer Jobs program.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a member of the A/P staff team, this employee will be working in an inclusive and supported environment, working with a broad community of print-artists while gaining a range of skills related to professional gallery and studio operations.
Specific areas that this employee will be learning about and contributing to include:
▪️Archiving and Cataloging A/P’s Collection of Artworks and Programming History
▪️Assisting with A/P Programming and Public Events
▪️Visitor Services
▪️Daily Administrative Duties.
