Post Content: Mixed Sweet Media is a full-service marketing agency located in Calgary, AB offering web design, SEO, social media management, content creation, data analytics, brand creation, digital and print advertising. We overlook the marketing for businesses in various industry such as manufacturing, health, cannabis and finance.
We are currently looking for a creative, and passionate content creator to join our growing team. This will be a part time role to start and can grow into a full time salaried role with benefits. Although content creation will be key to the role the successful candidate will gain experience in rolling out marketing plans, product development, copywriting and many aspects of a growing business.
Responsibilities
-Deliver photography, videography, and graphic design content for client’s social media channels, websites, email campaigns, and other various marketing channels.
-Have proficient experience in photo, video, and graphic design software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Illustrator
-Plan, design and send email campaigns for MSW clients -Working with team to assist in brainstorming and planning content for MSW clients
-Adhere to marketing calendar, creating content in advance of scheduled post date using Business Suite and other software
-Understanding and following cannabis guidelines for social media platforms
-Creating photo, video, graphic design content that follows the Cannabis Act
Requirements
- Post Secondary education in Design & Photography or Marketing
- 1 to 2 years experience in photography, videography, and graphic design
- Advanced experience in Photoshop
- Knowledge and experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Able to travel to clients to shoot content
- Formal cannabis education is a bonus
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 15-25 per week Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
