You will provide essential support for the team and work closely with both the designers and Principals to ensure the Studio is the best and most efficient it can be. We have an immediate opening for a detailed oriented, administrative wizard! 
This position administratively supports the Studio, employees, and Principals with financial prowess. The ideal candidate is extremely professional, outgoing with a very positive and uplifting can do attitude, a fast thinker, detail oriented, focused, and meticulously organized.

• Quick books expertise
• Studio Design software experience
• High attention to detail

• Shipping & Receiving Inspections
• Office Management
• Ability to run errands (must have a car and driver’s license)
• Computer savvy including website management and social media platforms

QUALIFICATIONS
• Associates Degree in Business / Accounting, and/or a minimum 5 years of related bookkeeping and office administration experience, including demonstrated success in a similar role/position.
• Strong computer skills: highly experienced with Microsoft Office.
• Studio Designer software knowledge desired. Quickbooks essential if no Studio Designer experience. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to meet every deadline. 
• Possess a high level of personal integrity and the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude required.
• Calm demeanor and ability to handle stress constructively if/when it arises.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes or packages up to 25 pounds.
• Social media experience posting with Instagram, Facebook and Linked In is an asset. 
• Experience working in an Interior Design, Construction, or Architectural office a plus.
