Show + Sale Department Representatives
Reporting to the Show + Sale Coordinator, Department Representatives act as the main point of contact for students participating in Show + Sale.
We are hiring representatives in the following areas:
· Craft
· Design
· Fine Art
· First Year
Employment Type: $400 honorarium
Contract Length: October – December 2022
Core Objectives
· Support the development and coordination of Show + Sale
· Act as the main point of contact for students who submit artwork within the designated department area
· Post and circulate Show + Sale guidelines, deadlines, announcements and invitations
· Attend regular Show + Sale team meetings and the First Night Fundraiser
· Assist the Show + Sale team in the development, installation, circulation and takedown of department inventory

Qualifications and Skills
· Previous experience with Show + Sale or volunteer management considered an asset
· Time management and ability to balance multiple priorities
· Ability to take initiative in coordinating and carrying out assigned projects
· Strong verbal and written communication skills to work collaboratively with the Show + Sale team, Show + Sale students, and the general public
· Ability to work equitably with all students and provide support as and when required
· Working knowledge of Microsoft suite and one or more volunteer management software
